The goal of this site is to:

• Clear space by removing two palm trees and 1–2 rear parking spots near the storage shed.
• Resurface cleared area with turf
• Install three sail covers to provide comfortable shade throughout the day. (one blue, one red, one yellow. All triange shape secured with wooden posts and concrete)
• Designated zones within this space can be used for
  
  • Caregiver and staff meeting area
  • Interactive classroom space
  • Active play zone (e.g., basketball hoop, sensory wall, four-square court)
  • Calm zone with sensory-friendly seating for reflection or quiet breaks
• Space will include 3 movable black rubber tables, a basketball hoop and hopefully some stimulation/decompressing musical equipment/play equipment for adults with intellectual disabilities
